How do I know my payment will be secure?

All payments on our site are secured by an online payment platform PayZen, which is a powered by the Lyra network – an electronic banking operator recognized by the banking sector. PayZen ensures optimal security of your data thanks to its PCI DSS certification and the use of the TLS protocol, which encrypts all data related to your payment. Under no circumstances will your payment details be transparent or made available to merchants.

All our customers’ payments are made in a secure environment and without going via the shop’s server. Our customer’s bank details are known only to the banking partner of LCDA PETS UK LTD, the CIC.

What methods of payment can I use?

To pay for your products, you must register with us. This will allow your address and details to be stored ready for your next shopping trip.
