What address can I use?

Did you know you can change your delivery address for each order? This means that you never need to miss your parcel and can receive deliveries at work, at home and even when you are on holiday (UK destinations only).

Please note: Once your order has been validated, it's too late to make any further changes. Therefore, if you do need to make a change to your address, it’s always best to contact us as soon as possible. Similarly, if you notice any errors regarding your registered address, please contact our customer service team ASAP.

What delivery options do you have?

We currently offer the following delivery methods :

  • Royal Mail 1st Class & 2nd Class (up to 2kg)
  • Courier (over 2kg)
  • Click & Collect (from Theale, Berkshire)

How much will it cost?

Click & Collect:

From Theale, Berkshire - Free

Orders under 2kg*:

Royal Mail 1st Class - £4.99

Royal Mail 2nd Class (under £29) - £2.99

Royal Mail 2nd Class (over £29) - £1.00

Orders 2-10kg*:

Courier - £5.99

Orders 10-30kg*:

Courier - £6.99

* Where necessary (e.g. where weight restrictions or occassions such as strikes or delays affect delivery), the selected services may be replaced with a different service (such as couriers or alternative Royal Mail services). The replacement will be of equal or greater value and estimated time length for delivery than the orignal selected delivery method.

PLEASE NOTE: The delivery time is taken from the date of dispatch and not from the date that the order is placed. 


How does Click & Collect work?

We offer a FREE Click & Collect service from our Dogtor.vet HQ in Theale, Berkshire.

All you need to do is select the ‘Click & Collect’ option when you are at the checkout.

You will receive an email to let you know when your items are ready for collection. Collections must occur within 2 weeks of the date the order is ready for collection. After this time, orders are automatically cancelled and refunded.

You can then collect your order from our Dogtor.vet office between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Click here to find out our address or to get in contact.

PLEASE NOTE: Click & Collect orders are sent to a separate system for preparation, and are not transferrable to a delivery service once payment has been made.
