What information do I need to provide about my pet?

To help us give you the best possible advice on your pet, it's a good idea to include the following information in your email or letter:

• Species (eg cat, dog, rabbit, hamster etc.)
• Breed or mix
• Age and gender
• Any known health problems
• Any allergies/intolerances to foods or medication
