What is Johnson’s Anti-Mite Extra Aerosol?
Johnson’s Anti-Mite Extra Spray kills common external parasites. Suitable for use with all cage birds and pigeons.
Anti-Mite Extra is a water based pump spray. It kills common external parasites such as Red mites, Northern Mites and lice.
Contains permethrin for lasting protection.
Anti-Mite Extra can be applied directly onto caged birds, pigeons and should be sprayed on the surfaces around the cages and aviaries where insect pests have a chance to live and breed.

What is the active ingredient in Johnson’s Anti-Mite Extra Aerosol?
Permethrin 25/75 0.5 w/w.
How do I use Johnson’s Anti-Mite Extra Aerosol?
To use, spray each bird lightly from the rear at a distance of about 30cm (12 inches), avoiding the eyes and beak.
For small birds, use 1-2 pumps of spray.
For large birds use 3-5 pumps of spray.
Remove any food and water before spraying, and repeat the treatment weekly or as required until the infestation is cleared.
To help prevent re- infestation, also spray cage surfaces, cracks and crevices, where insect pests live and breed.

Johnsons Anti-Mite Extra is not to be used on pigeons intended for human consumption.
