Ear wax build up in dogs and some cats is not uncommon. Indeed it is healthy to have some degree of wax in the ears as it can help prevent dust, foreign objects and small organisms entering the ear.
However, some dogs and cats suffer rom an excessive build up of ear wax and will benefit from having their ears cleaned.
Excessive wax build up may be uncomfortable for your pet, create odour and impair hearing,so it is advisable to regularly clean the ears to stop excess wax building up.
Otoact has been specially formulated to break down heavy wax accumulations and is presented in a non-oily solution with a pleasant scent.
Otoact should be applied 2 - 3 times a week or as indicated by your vet to clean the ears and help remove excess wax.
