MalAcetic® Aural Ear Flush is ideal for use in dogs where bacteria and yeast have been identified, and the ears are "at risk" for recurrence of infection, for example, the dog swims regularly.
MalAcetic® is antibacterial and anti-fungal, and can help maintain a healthy environment in "at risk" ears.
It should not be used in cases where the ear is very inflamed or ulcerated, and may irritate sensitive ears. CleanAural Sensitive may be more appropriate for sensitive ears. Ask your vet for further advice.
Acetic acid, boric acid, glycerin, polysorbate, triethanolamine, apple fragrance
For topical use only.
It may help to have a helper to gently restrain the dog.
Hold the ear back gently but firmly.
Place the tip of the nozzle into the opening of the ear canal. Squeeze the bottle gently to deliver a few drops of MalAcetic® Ear Flush.
- Gently massage the base of the ear for a few seconds then let the dog shake his head.
- Wipe inside the ear flap with clean cotton wool.
- Repeat on the other ear.
The product can be used as often as necessary, following the recommendation of your vet.
Do not use if there is a chance the eardrum is ruptured.
May irritate sensitive ears. Should not be used where ear is very inflamed or ulcerated.
Flammable.
Keep out of reach of children.
