FELIWAY is a synthetic copy of the feline facial pheromone used by cats to mark their territory as safe and secure.

FELIWAY spray helps prevent or reduce issues like inappropriate urination (marking or spraying) and vertical scratching, and makes travel and visiting the vet less stressful.

FELIWAY is an innovative product that is a synthetic version of cat facial pheromones. Pheromones are chemicals emitted by the animal to locate and communicate with other animals of the same species. The cat uses facial pheromones to familiarize themselves with their environment and recognise marked surfaces as familiar and soothing.

The spray helps you nurture your relationship with your cat/s, by creating a loving environment for them. It also helps to reduce the stress felt in unusual or uncomfortable circumstances such as travelling in the car or visiting the vet.

Studies have shown that using Feliway keeps the cat around in the home more than without.

Feline Facial Pheromone Analogue

Simply shake the bottle and spray Feliway once a day on doorways, cat-flaps, window sills and prominent objects around the house. To see the benefit, the spray should be used daily for at least a month. Continue to use the spray for this long to get the full benefit, even if you start to see an improvement.

To prevent marking if it already occurred, spray Feliway on marked areas after thorough cleaning of the zone with a cleaner appropriate to using on urine staining (e.g. DO NOT use ammonia-based cleaners).

Use Feliway Spray in the cat carrier to help comfort your cat on stressful car journeys or going to the vet.
